Help!

So I have installed new components into my pc (motherboard, processor and ram) an I plugged it in via HDMI, my monitor is saying "no signal" even though I've tried unplugging and moving around the HDMI cable, I'm unsure why the problem is happening

WHat CPU are you using?  DOes it have a dedicated GPU?

I'm using a Ryzen 5 2600

Well there is your problem.  Ryzen doesn't have a GPU built in.  Do you have a graphics card you can use?
