Find one of the marginally better ones that are dual molex to 8 pin, but other than that it's fine. I had to use a dual molex -> 8pin adapter for a while in my main build.

Though, as soon as you can, buy a new PSU

you really think a possibly unbranded PSU that has no 8pin connector will support a 580? that's a quite bold statement.

If it doesn't has the connector there must be a reason.

ASUS X470-PRO • R7 1700 4GHz • Corsair H110i GT P/P • 2x MSI RX 480 8G • Corsair DP 2x8 @3466 • EVGA 750 G2 • Corsair 730T • Crucial MX500 250GB • WD 4TB

You shouldn't, this is a very bad idea... You should buy a new PSU and the RX570, like a CX450M would be perfect already, if you can't afford it right now then it's better to wait... unless you're such hurry the cheapest GTX 1650 you can find become a way to go..

500W powersupply

could you be much more specific? Actually, attaching a pcpartpicker list would help a lot.

I WILL find your ITX build thread, and I WILL recommend the SIlverstone Sugo SG13B

Primary PC:

i7 8086k - EVGA Z370 Classified K - G.Skill Trident Z RGB - WD SN750 - Jedi Order Titan Xp - Hyper 212 Black (with RGB Riing flair) - EVGA G3 650W - dual booting Windows 11 and Fedora Linux - Black and green theme, Razer brainwashed me.

Draws 400 watts under max load, for reference.

500W that does not have any pci-e power connector sounds pretty awful, a FX 4300 will bottleneck the RX 570 as well... No easy upgrade path here for so little, maybe a GT 1030 GDDR5 verision since it's still cheaper than the RX 570/GTX 1650 and won't present as heave of a bottleneck.

Must be a really basic one or an old model though, you can tell by the wattage being 500 and not 550 or 450 like newer or known models

Ah the infamous Apevia rears its ugly head again. From personal experience and the advice of the PSU crowd on the forum, I can safely tell you there isn't a single Apevia branded PSU worth using.

Since you wanted to be modest when you first got the PC, not it's time to treat yourself to something nice. An RX 570 from eBay is a first step, accompanied by your choice of decent PSU. Check out the PSU tier list to find out what's worth your hard earned money. After that, Ryzen 3000 processors will be out soon, which means odl Ryzen processors will be available on the cheap. Replace your processor, ram, and motherboard with one of those.

I WILL find your ITX build thread, and I WILL recommend the SIlverstone Sugo SG13B

Sell your R7 240 on eBay, buy a used RX 570 and a Corsair CX power supply:

It all fits in your $120 budget
