What's the motherboard model #?

Did you try uninstalling and reinstalling just the NIC driver?

This happened to me recently and the only thing i could do to fix it was re-install windows.

If it can be avoided don't but sometimes it is the ultimate fix especially if issues have compounded or your computer got seriously infected.

I haven’t installed one yet can this be done without internet also does a mobo driver or anything need to be installed?

Usually windows has a driver for your NIC but sometimes (as I have also experienced in the past) it sometimes doesn't work. What you'd need to do if you have no internet access at all is install the NIC driver from the motherboard's included CD and once it's online you'd go to the motherboard manufacturers website and download the latest version.

The latest right now is V23.5. If you can download it onto a thumb drive from a different machine it would save you a step.
