FPS Drops in all games

In pretty much every game my fps has been dropping to around mid 20s but for not even second.

For example in overwatch im hovering around 200-250 fps then it will drop to 20 and then back up.

Is there any fix to this?

 

Gpu: 1050ti

Cpu: ryzen 5 1600x

Ram: 8GB DDR4 at 2999MHZ

Done the usual? Driver-, OS-, Gameupdate?

@crosstiger Yeah done all of that, was thinking of rolling back drivers but I don't know if that will help anything.

If the issue occurred after updating the driver then there is a good chance this will help.

Just done that, i'll play a few games and let you know if it's fixed it.
