Clock watchdog timeout

Hi folks I have a ryzen 3 1200 on an msi b350m bazooka mb

evga 500w power

corsair vengeance lpx 3000mhz 16gb and an ati 1600x pro gpu and finally a TP-Link WiFi dongle 

how can I fix this clock watchdog error I can’t update windows due to the error occurring every now and again 

Please help

When was this picture taken?

It says 16 april, which was a few days ago, if you didn't took that picture the 16th of april, it's a good idea to fix that.

Being out-of-sync time wise can cause all kinds of derpy errors.
