Is it somehow possible to install arch linux without GUI, and if it is possible how to do it?

Arch Linux doesn't have any GUI by default.

Check out Arch Wiki, it is very detailed and has all the information you need.

Many distros have a non GUI version.

Also, I just realized that I could've installed Arch instead of Antergos (I did not know how to set up a network connection with the VitualBox virtual networking hardware, which led me to Antergos in the end, but I now know what to do, since I went the hard way when installing Gentoo, CLI only, on bare metal though, so eh).

Well, you could try to look up a guide on YouTube if you're feeling too intimidated by the guide (you could also go the "derivative with graphical installer" route, like Manjaro or Antergos).

Yes, in fact it's the only officially supported way. There's an installation guide on the wiki.
