So i recently got myself a razer kraken v2 7.1 but I have a problem where it some times starts buzzing (see the video for the buzzing sound). I am in contact with the Razer support team and trying to figure out what the issue is, however I was hoping some one here might have experienced this issue before and knew what the problem is. They have suggested it might be a poor ground connection, is there a way to verify this and fix it? I had no problems with my old headset and it was only after i got this new one that the buzzing started.

Edit: The buzzing only occurs some times, the times it most frequently happens when i turn on my PC however there some times go days between the buzzing sound occurs.

Well Razer did it again not a surprise.  Just use your old headset and RMA this one.
