Cooling cpu without a cooler?

Hey, I have a great stupid video idea!

Make a water and make the loop go through a refrigerator, and make the start point (water block and pump) at the refrigerator!

The waterblock is the part that covers the CPU - without it, you cannot get transmission of heat from the CPU to the water.
