I made a pc on part picker, but I need to know if my pc can run cod,gta v,r6s ,titanfall etc at 144fps on high settings and can it run vr smoothly?

Yes but I dont like most of it, especially the monitor which is 3x of what it's worth.

This is the 1440p flavour. Graphics card is bit weak and will only go past 80fps reliably in old games and esports titles. Since monitors are less changed than graphics cards it could be worth choosing though

1080p version, much more consistent in higher frame rates

 

Overpriced board because there are no good Z390 mATX boards at the right price. Even mITX is easier.
