Check your sound options in the task bar and see what the default audio output device is set to. It's not uncommon for it to set the default to your monitor via HDMI when you install graphics drivers.

... You don't need to post the same message 3 times...

Make sure the mic is plugged in to the microphone jack and that the microphone is set as the default option in windows sound settings.
Check to see if the game is set to use the mic you want to use, and if it is set to push to talk or voice detection.

Hi

Try this

Windows --> Start

Type --> Manage audio device

Go to --> Recording Device

Make sure you have a microphone that is active

Go to properties -- left mouse click then right mouse click ,

If you look in the tabs you will  find the mic setting

There is also and option to listen to the mic

When I go to Manage Audio Device it says that my speakers is on. But it is not true. I dont have any speakers. When I press on the speakers I can see it is headphone because I have connected my headphone at the back panel to the place where speakers are supposed to be. Below the speakers there is a headphone-icon. When I press there it says the connection for the headphones are at the frontpanel. But the front panel doesnt work, when I connect my headphone the front panel. I dont know why.

I have headphone also and you are right the icon for headphone is the speakers, but it works. I assumed that it's a windows thing.

As to your front panel , it's possible that the wiring is not done properly or disconnected, from MB.

Have you found the problem with your mic ?

Yes I have :) Nono no wiring-problems. I plugged my headphone into some usb converter that came along with the headphone. And then the usb-converter to the computer. and it worked
