i recently got ASUS RTX 2060 GPU and i get low FPS on it

My Specs

i7 -4770k

intel DH87MC

2 x 8GB RAM DDR3 Corsair Vengence

RTX 2060

Cooler Master 500watt PSU

500gb SSD

i had gtx 760 before and i used to get more fps with it.

i dont think its CPU bottleneck coz my cpu utilization is around 40-50 or max 60%

but my GPU utilization is 40% max and usually in 30% range. even in high end games like PUBG where as my GTX 760 used to have 99% gpu utilization

is my 500 watt psu not sufficient ( its 5 yrs old )

or it could be any other issue ?

plz help !

I will say that if it was because of your PSU, you wouldn't get low utilization, your PC would just shut off in middle of the game when it pulls too much power.

r u sure its not my PSU issue then ?

Yes. A dying PSU has absolutely zero correlation to GPU utilization.

no i did not try ddu , my monitor is connected to my gpu.

Open HWMonitor let it run in the background while your playing the game. Post screenshot of CPU and GPU with all the stats showing.

This will go along way with troubleshooting.

Also are you OCing the GPU at all or is it stock?

150-200fps on a GTX 760? Have you upgraded from like a 480p screen to a 1080p screen at the same time as swapping graphics cards?
