So I am looking for a new case to house my PC, I absolutely love the look and style of the 650D and 750D. Technically, I could get either but I was wondering whether there would be any disadvantage to go for the 750D over the 650D. The 750D it doesn't have a front intake grill and I may plan on doing custom water-cooling in the future, and I feel like the case would be too big for my rig. Is there a disadvantage to having a case too big for it's system or am I overcomplicating things? :D

Edit: Also any suggestions for other cases?

side note the 650D may need the usb 3 to plug into the back of the mobo, not sure whether they revised that or not.

Have you seen either in person? If it feels like the case is going to be too large, you might as well just go with the 650D.

They'll both serve just fine for water cooling, so have no worries in any case...

No, I have never seen either in person do I don't really have a clue.

Based on reviews I think that's still a thing they need to fix.

It's not going to be fixed. The 650D is an older case and the 750D is meant to somewhat replace it if not just outright so.

as you eluded to, you plan on water cooling in the future and the 650D is not the

better of the two for serious water cooling.

as to the 750D has placement of a radiator on the floor for better air access and

allow the front to ventilate the case.

depending on what future cooling options you are looking into, the 750D would

be a great choice, but for other cases, the fractal design arc midi r2, NZXT H440

would be more over capable of water cooling a CPU/2xGPU loop.
