Mouse Stuttering Issue

So about a year ago, I bought the Omen by HP Gaming Mouse with SteelSeries and my mouse keeps on stuttering whenever i move it in a line or in a circle. It like teleports from one place to another. Imagine it moving like this: ------------>STUTTER--------------> Like as in it goes at the same rate it would go normally except it stutters and doesn't move smoothly. Pretty annoying. I have tried: Unplugging and replugging the mouse, restarting my computer, reinstalling SSE many times, checking for drivers, cleaning the optical sensor, using a different mousepad, upgrading firmware, and changing mouse settings, but none of them seem to work. Any help? Thanks.

Yes, I used a wireless Logitech mouse and that problem didn't happen. Should I assume it's a problem with the optical sensor or the software?

Perhaps the software.

Try uninstalling it and try again.

If it doesnt happen, something tells me the software is trying to use either the lighting or something that causes it to stutter like this.

It shouldn't stutter..

Also try it on a different PC. RMA it if it still happens on a different PC.
