Using the gpus in a 690 for two different things

So I have a question, i've got a gtx 690 and wanted to know if i could somehow use one gtx 680 to run one virtual machine (i.e. linux) and one to run another (i.e. some windows os) thanks!

I don't know how to setup a VM, but I know that this is possible.
