Cam Software not recognizing my Kraken x62

My motherboard is a MSI Z270 M7, can't tell if it is a usb problem or a software problem as the trend appears to happen when I plug my keyboard in the bottom most usb slot of my mobo. To my knowledge the Kraken pulls some power from USB, should I switch where it is pulled in my mobo from cpu_fan1 to pump_fan1

 

Pls help, the annoyance is real lol.
