IDE Solid State Drive

Yeah systems using IDE still have a lot that they are limited by, but I didn't think i'd ever see an IDE ssd.

I would just recommend someting like this. It'll be much cheaper and you can plug the SD Card into other systems.

just get IDE to sata adaptor and use a normal ssd for your testing.

it's ide to sata, nothing special and then you can get sata to m.2, still you will be limited to IDE speeds

Not true.

The SSD always gives a ton of benefit!

Even in a Pentium M Notebook.

Or an earlier Core 2 Duo Notebook. Those also can come with IDE HDDs.
