ok so here is the deleo my pc i going in my garage it has carpet but it also has brickes and the pc will be going next to the bricks i figured if i cleard all the cobwebs out it shold be fine am i right in saying that?????

Prop your tower on a flat surface, Get a vacume cleaner and suck up what ever debris you can in the garage. Then make sure you have dust filters especially for your psu. I don't recommend facing inwards towards the case.

dont have your pc on the floor have it on your desk at least
