Gigabyte x299 ud4 pro

32gb 3000MHz Corsair DDR4(4x8gb)

i7 7820x

970 Pro NVME

 

Got to 4.3GHz on all 8 cores, 0 avx offset. Cooler bottlrneck, EVGA clc240

9900k is laughing its ass off

Just Turing card, lowest one they offer. Needed something solidworks certified. 

 

Spoiler alert: AMD still sucks. 1151 peons still jealous they made a stink "nobody needs PCIE lanes" and then NVME slapped them silly

Update: put in another 32GB so this station has 64GB ram. Still running like a charm. Thought it was cute they did a LTT on 3D CAD system build - with RX480 or RX580 listed as recommended. Sounds familiar :)
