Hey again everyone. So recently I upgraded my pc with a Ryzen 5 2600, new power supply, mobo, you know, moving from an i5 2300 meant changing EVERYTHING.

so I recently ran into an issue, caused specifically by my SSD, I’ve only got 120GB to play with, that’s not including windows 10 on there. So, I decided to look into a WD Blue 1TB M.2 but before I buy it, I want to ask something. Will that specific SSD actually fit my motherboard? I’ll attach some photos and links to the products so you can get an idea of what I’m working with. The problem I’ve got is that I don’t want to buy this SSD and either break it while trying to install it or damage my motherboard when/if it doesn’t fit. Thank you in advance.

It will fit just fine. What I don't understand is why you would use a sata ssd if your motherboard supports a nvme ssd. They're much faster and in my opinion worth their money

Thank you for the help. I would love an NVME but my budget is very small so more storage for less is what I’m looking at. Maybe in the future an NVME will be what I go for but for now, the crucial sata will do. Thank you again
