Is this a bottleneck?

I am currently running metro exodus on ultra with a vega 56 and a core i5 8400 my gpu usage is at 95 but my cpu usage is at 55. Is this a bottleneck?

I mean one could technically consider this a bottleneck but I would say it is not a bottleneck. It is much more of just games being games and using more gpu then cpu.

Your good.  The fact you can't OC will hurt tho.

If the GPU is not delivering the performance you want, then yes, the GPU is the bottleneck here. But it's not necessarily a bad thing unless you want more performance.
