A little upgrade

So I am dying with Vengeance right now, and I was thinking about getting the following upgrades.

 

ASRock 990FX Extreme3

 

AMD FX-6300 "Vishera"

 

Team Elite 4GB DDR3 1333 (x2)

 

Are these upgrades okay? Keep in mind I'm trying to dump as little money as possible into it. If you can find a good 8GB kit of DDR3 1600 with a CAS latency of 9 for about the cost of the two RAM sticks I'm thinking about getting, that would be great.

Right around there. I won't get the FX-6300 right away (I'll just plop my Sempron in and OC the balls off it until I can afford it). So about $150, ATM.

I would just save until you have all the money to buy your PC build instead of buying it in parts.

I would just save until you have all the money to buy your PC build instead of buying it in parts.

I'm just weird. I'd rather have an okay PC now, badass later, than a P.O.S. now and a badass PC later.

This might be a odd thing to say but my fx-6300 gets minecraft fps drops at times and I don't know why 0_o

I just installed optifine and enabled advanced opengl and it fixed the issue :), also I could play FC3 and bf3 fine have not tried bf4 though :(
