Need advice on power cables

seym56

I have limited space as I drive a semi truck and I’m having issues with excess wires from all my electronics. I would like to put my Xbox and my Apple TV on the same power cord. Do they make a power splitter that would fit those devices? (After all they both use the same cord) Or can I just take 2 power cords and splice them together? Could doing this damage them?

dont splice power cables, thats how you start fires.

just use a power strip.

The Wheel of Time turns, and Ages come and pass, leaving memories that become legend. Legend fades to myth, and even myth is long forgotten when the Age that gave it birth comes again.

THIS THIS THIS THIS THIS. Don't splice. Risk of burning down your truck.

Edit: i realize you're trying to compact the cables and that's why you don't want to use a strip. Just take some time organizing. You would be surprised how neat cables can be with some zip-ties or velcro.
