Why you want to delid it? I'm pretty sure it's soldered and temps shouldn't be a problem with that CPU anyway.

Have fun most likely breaking the die if you delid it for no actiual benefit. Thats a soldered chip

I spent $2500 on building my PC and all i do with it is play no games atm & watch anime at 1080p(finally) watch YT and write essays...  nothing, it just sits there collecting dust...

Thats why i asked, thanks for the info, really the temps are max 75c wtih C2Q cooler. Interestingly i dont understabd why cant i push the oc higher from 3ghz to 3.2 the temps are fine but my pcie wlan card doesnt get detected any more
