best budget PSU ( semi modular )

this came up as the cheapest semi-modular 80+ bronze

is it any good? 

 

the reason i need semi-modular is because im working in a mini itx case, and i have no graphics card and 1 ssd so i prefer to remove the extra cables

No, that's old. Get the newer grey label CX450M instead.

Mini-ITX?  Check to make sure it supports ATX size PSUs and check the length limitations.
