prong adapter for usb

i have a portable charger with usb charging ports but my problem is, is i cant charge my 3ds with it because the charger for it is a prong thing charger im not sure the proper term for it but i think you might be able to understand what i mean. is there an adapter that i could buy that would make it so it could work with a usb charging system?
