2700 Overclocking

Above is the link to my build list that i have had since December of 2018. I have been able to overclock the CPU to 4.0 ghz and the RAM to 3333 mhz. My temps for the CPU are usually 45 degrees under load but cant seem to push it any harder. I am happy with my CPU and ram i just am curious if there is something i am missing that isnt allowing me to push it harder.

3333mhz on the memory? what timings? dual channel?

 

What voltage is the R7 2700 at? is it 4ghz all cores locked?
