Just to get this out of the way, im a complete noob with airflow.

My case is: https://www.pccasegear.com/products/42484

And my AIO is: https://www.pccasegear.com/products/41160 or https://www.pccasegear.com/products/44527 Depending on where I mount it.

Now if I mount the 360mm on the front of the case, are the fans next to the gpu or on the otherside. Are they intake or exhaust. Same applies with he 240mm I'm a complete noob when it comes to this, so please explain to me like im a third grader. Would appreciate the help.

I'm confused, what exactly are you asking? It would help to know exactly what you plan to do here and what you're using them for.

Currently, it looks like you're trying to figure out which AIO is best for your CPU???

I'm trying to figure out the best place to mount the aio out of the two I linked. What configurations etc.

The front of the case should be used as intake and the top / rear as exhaust. If you aren't getting any additional case fans, I'd recommend using the AIO as front intake and moving the stock front case fan to the top for exhaust.

The fans included with AIO's are generally designed to be used in push as shown in the product photos.

Ah, I see, so as long as your case supports a 360mm rad in the front then you should have no problem setting up either that or a 240mm rad. Just make sure that the airflow is generally going in the direction like the diagram below. The below diagram shows the most common cooling config (positive airflow), lots of PC enthusiasts use this as it makes sense in most scenarios whilst also providing good cooling efficiency. I'd recommend you put your AIO rad in the front of your case btw.
