Hello, If I have a monitor without FreeSync technology. And I'm afraid of "stuttering" or something. So basically I dont care about performance 80+ FPS gaming. For me 60 fps is ok. So can I somehow to fix output performance, I mean FPS, of what videocard producing to fix it on 60FPS (60Hz) level for avoiding stuttering and vsync-off "effects"?

If you have an AMD card I would recommend Enhanced Sync as you'll mostly reduce stuttering and tearing without nasty latency that would come from V-Sync

Judge a product on its own merits AND the company that made it.
