How do i remove the coolers to this server pc

I recently found our old server pc

Its very dusty and it doesnt work properly

So i want to get the CPU's out of it and see if they have any value or are they any good 

But I dont know how to remove the coolers

hey thnx removing those tabs let the inner heatsink loose

then i saw that the fans had clips to keep them on

removed them

then removed this bigger peice of plastic

then removed the heatsink which then exposed the cpu and the screws for another peice of plastic

oh

the cpu is trash

realesed 2002

basically no value performance wise or resell wise
