PSU is too expensive, you don't need NVMe SSD, and your CPU comes with a fan already.

This build is cheaper. 

The WD Blue SSD will boot Windows just as fast as the Samsung 970 EVO.

Unless you really want RGB RAM, the G.Skill Aegis will be just as good.

The case fans are pretty decent, and a much better value, RGB fans are way overpriced imo.

I picked a different case, but the NZXT H500 is also quite nice.

This list has cheaper RGB RAM, which should still perform nicely.

 

Honestly, I wouldn't bother with RGB fans. They are waaay overpriced. If you want more RGB, get some RGB LED strips to place around the case; they will add more ambient lighting to the case while being cheaper.

My advice would be go with a 500 GB SSD for the boot drive, just because they're not much more expensive these days.

And, go for a 3TB or 4 TB drive - sounds like a lot of disk space, but you'll fill it fast.

A 4TB drive starts from around 75$ - 20$ more than a  2 TB drive.  Seems like a shame not to go big.

I think the color quality is pretty great on them, and they are nice and quiet. I have no other technical knowledge on why the fans listed might be superior AF. Potential savings on simple RGB case fans.
