Teracopy if you're using Windows 7.

Microsoft word, OpenOffice, etc.

Foobar2000. VLC, Media Player Classic, and/or Combined Community Codec Pack if you're playing back media.

Gyazo if you're frequent in sharing screenshots or images.

Msi Afterburner if you have a graphics card. 

Sandboxie

Skype? TeamViewer?

CCleaner, CrystalDiskInfo
