I mainly use a 4k display which is capped at 60 so keep that in mind , also I do not play many fast paced , multiplayer shooters etc.. so if anyone would help me w the settings? I restored them so they’re at default now but u can check them out here n see if you guys can suggest some changes ? Thank you a lot .

Thank you @Mira Yurizaki question , why fast instead of just On?

Fast Sync will allow your GPU to render as fast as possible, but when the frame rate exceeds the refresh rate, it will use the last rendered frame to avoid screen tearing.

Vsync On forces the GPU to output frames at a rate equal to or evenly divisible by your refresh rate with no in-betweens. So if your frame rate drops to 59 on a 60 Hz display, it will really go to 30FPS
