I know that it's a stupid question...but...

Have you plugged an 8 pin and a 6 pin into all 3 cards? What PSU do you have?

1200w

More info would definitely help.  Tell us about your setup (CPU, mobo, memory, etc) and how you have everything connected.  Starting with the basics, have you tested everything individually?  Does the rig work fine with a single card?  Dual CF?  Do you get video from the oboard (if you have it)?

works fine with 2 cards
