Spotify on speakers, games on earphone/headphone

So my brother want to listen to songs on Spotify with the speakers but I want to play game as well. Can any of you help me to make it so I can play games and hear it on my earphone and my brother can listen to song on the speaker. (Any Q can be ask)

You can manage the output devices in Windows way easily.

Right Click on the Speaker Icon in the task bar > open volume settings > under the section "Sounds" there should be something like extended settings or so, click on it > you can manage the output devices there

 

It should look like this ( I have it in german right now):

I wanna say that you can force Spotify to use a certain audio device.

Worst case scenario, you're stuck using it on a browser, but I'll have to try with two different audio devices sometime.

Hi, I’m a little late to the party here, I know. 
However for anyone coming to this thread, steelseries GG app will allow you to manage this with ease. 
Using sonar within the app, I find this the easiest way to set and change different outputs for certain programs. 
Here’s an example, I’m running Spotify through media, where my output is set to my speakers. I am also running call of duty through game, where my output is set to my headphones.
