alright so i have this build

h110 pro vh

pentium g4400

gtx 570

8gb ram

and my question is with a budget of 200 euros should i (of course buyinng used) upgrade my GPU for a gtx 760 and an i5 6600 which together cost around 160 euros used or wait for zen 2 and buy the 100 dollar ryzen and new mb for about the same, also im using the pc for streaming, so i would like to know if the gtx 760 NVENC and the 6600 will be a better combo than the zen 2 part

760 is too weak in recent games, its over 5 yrs.

I bet new ryzen apu will outperform it . wait and see reviews.

also h110 is the cheapest on the product line, dont be bound by it.

how? my current gpu the gtx 570 beats all available current ryzen igpus i doubt the new ones will out perform the 760, no to mention the dedicated Vram and not buying a new mobo adds to the value of the used option

if you look at gtx750ti =gt1030= ryzen apu 2200g/2400g

which are only capable of 1080p low graphics at 30fps, many games even need lower res to 720p .

used gtx970 / rx570 have much promising return

my gtx 570 does fine at 1080p i doubt a enw GPU (that i want to get only for NVENC tbh) will disapoint me especially having to give up at least 2 Gb of ram

What games do you play?

I'd probably just dump all the budget to the graphics card, RX 570 and 580 are cheap even new. Nvidia (and mining-less) alternative will the the gtx 970 and 980. The G4400 is slow, but buying a used current gen Ryzen APU (maybe also with the board) in the future should be cheap.

my 570 is sufficent for what i play, so  the gtx 760 would be nice but im mostly getting it for the NVENC and acompaning it with an i5 for my board and stream with nvenc or waiting for zen 2 and just buy the 100 dollar ryzen part and use it to stream with no NVENC

AMD cards can use AMF for encoding, equivalent of NVENC. Just anything but buying an i5, it's not fast enough to encode videos and play games at the same time, nor are they all that cheap for a quad core CPU that doesn't clock high.
