Question about compatibility

LTX

Here is my part list for an upcoming build. If there is anything compatibility wise or the bequiet cooler and RAM clearance let me know.

Question 1: How many ram slots will be unusable because of the bequiet cooler

Question 2: Will there be any problems on the left side of the cpu socket with the cooler?

Question 3: Why are you overpaying for RGB RAM that you won't be able to see because it will be covered by that giant cooler?

Main system: Ryzen 7 7800X3D / Asus ROG Strix B650E / G.Skill Trident Z5 NEO 32GB 6000Mhz / Powercolor RX 7900 XTX Red Devil/ EVGA 750W GQ / NZXT H5 Flow

That board is rubbish. A Gigabyte Z390 Aorus Elite is a better option for the same price.

I know you didnt ask for this, but tyere were a lot of bits wrong with the build above. Therefore im just gonne suggest a better one.

Bits wrong

  • CPU-GPU combo
  • PSU, the G3, is bad
  • Mobo, Tuf board, not great,
  • Case, you can get better.

Edit: if you arent going to take any of my advice, please for the safety of your system. Swap the Supernova G3 out with the G2, the G3 lacks important protections and is far worse than a G2 or RMX unit as i suggested

If you're unsure about ram slot sizes just get corsair vengeance lpx. I have a noctua nh-d15 and that thing is a big tower cooler like the one you are mentioning. My 2x8gb lpx ram fits underneath just fine.

And you can get a much better priced build than this...that psu isn't great as the person above says, the ssd is way overpriced (You can get 1tb for a similar price to that) and ryzen offers way better value than that 9600k.

Here you go:

Just a small tip for when you buy: don't buy from Vuugo, they aren't very good at being a store.
