Stuck Between Two Motherboards!

I have a FX-8320 along with a Noctua NH-D14, I plan on overclocking it to 4.5GHz. I'm stuck between these two motherboards:

Asus M5A99FX PRO R2.0

Gigabyte GA-990FXA-UD3 1.0

Edit: Prices are the same

I have the Asus and I love it, looks really nice and is has pretty much every feature I need. +1 for Asus

Btw 4.5ghz will be no problem for this motherboard, I just haven't bothered to!

Rev 1.0 does NOT have LLC. It would require ALOT of voltage to get to 4.5Ghz due to voltage drop under load.

I was leaning towards the Asus board as the problems associated with the revision 1 Gigabyte board.

Which ever one has the features you'll need. Price may tend to be an issue but spending a touch more or better for a couple of extra features and reliability.
