I do a lot of Photo Editing and a little bit of 3d work with autodesk. I have a macbook pro on the side just for the portability and things like that but it just can't handle what I'm doing anymore. I don't need any peripherals I have everything. My budget is 800 - 950 american dollars. I also do a lot of programming with various programs.

This should be more than capable of doing what you need. And plus, the blue and black color scheme will look sexy.

Aesthetics of rigs matter

Like what?

Edit: What you posted is a downgrade from my recommendation.

Why downgrade just to upgrade later?

enough for lasting for a long time and ease of building and all of my needs like photoshop and just a little bit of 3d work.

I'm sorry I forgot to mention this is my first build.  :o

Yes, it's enough. You haven't mentioned anything else you need that would need a more feature-filled mobo.
