Adrenalin 19.3.2 2019

Is anyone playing GTA Online with 19.3? I seem to be having sutturing during the day time around 30 to 40fps and 40 to 50fps at night. My CPU only does 100 percent on a few occasions and all temps seem fine so im guessing its the Adrenalin driver thats doing it. I also get black lines all over the screen in BeamNg Drive in West Coast maps.

Intel Core i5 2500 3.30Ghz

8GB DDR3 1333mhz Dual Channel

Get the new driver. 19.3.3. I was having a issue with that driver as well. I'd select custom install and do a clean install.
