Quite a lot better graphics card (RTX 2060)

And worse CPU which will still perfom as good in the games as R7 2700X if you are willing to OC it a little bit.

There is no reason why you should spend more money on CPU than on GPU since the GPU always matters quite a bit more for gaming.
