The best 32gb 3200 ram?

Hi.  I am building a pc and I am new to it so I am on the forums trying to find out the best part for each of the parts.  I will be using the pc mainly for gaming and streaming from the same pc to twitch while capturing video from the stream for youtube as well as video editing and web design work.  My gaming sessions will likely be 12+ hours every day.  I will be streaming from the same pc and will likely have the stream pulled up on a different monitor as well as social media etc.  I do not want to have ram problems so I want to get 32gb.  I was thinking about the 3200 speed ram.  Is that a good speed or would faster be better?  I do not really care about rgb and if I can get non rgb ram that is better than rgb ram for the same price I would rather spend that money on better performance.  My main gaming monitor will likely be 1440p 165hz 27" and I play competitive fps games like apex legends and pubg.  I plan to use a big case so I do not think room in the case will be a problem.

What is the best ram to buy for my use?  Thanks!

Thank you everyone for the information.  From what I read here it sounds like the brand does not really matter as long as the speed is 3200.  Is 3200 fast enough for what I detailed I will be using it for?  Thanks.
