You could also get a Ryzen 7 with 8 cores for about the same price, which I would. May be clocked lower but you can easily overclock with a decent mobo like the Asrock B450 Steel and keep in mind, the future is more cores, which games will take advantage.

Yoy mean a 1700? Are 1st gen ryzen compatible with b450 mobos? And if I went with a 2600, could I survive with a stealth stock cooler?

Faster ram, cheaper and better cooler. Also an added fan as p350x has no exhaust on default.

Easiest way to save 20$ is to swap cooler to hyper 212. Not as quiet but should still allow some oc.

You can fit a 2060 in that budget without any real compromise. Maybe put a different cpu cooler in it if you want to oc but slower ram won't affect real life performance much (the less watt psu not at all) and you get a 15 % stronger card.

Forgot to say that hehe, I try to buy it cheap and powerful so I might even switch to mATX, and I don't use 2060 because you can OC a 1660ti it to similar performance. Also I won't overclock cpu so I don't want to include an aftermarket cooler. 900 or less is my budget
