I know magnets+HDDs are a bad, is there anything else that magnets can mess up? My brain's telling me no, but my brain is dumb sometimes... Anyway, thanks

I wouldn't store your floppies next to your speakers.

Today and going back quite a few years now components susceptible to magnetism are and have been shielded.

 

So if you have a steel chassis and you want to stick refrigerator magnets all over it go ahead it won't hurt anything.

This is a good example of what length you'd have to go to to hurt a computer with a magnet:

'normal' magnets for the most part u dont have to worry about, its only when u start dealing with powerful rare earth magnets and powered electromagnets that u need be careful what u do with them near electronics.
