From a quick look, seems they both use tlc nand, shouldn't be much difference between them

I ask because one promises faster system cache ncache2.0 and other one does not have that.

I overlooked that, but I wouldn't expect much difference, the ultra will probably be better when many small files need to be read/written. If you want hard data I'd suggest googling for reviews

even if it says a deal for gaming and graphics and plus says laptop
