1080ti?

Hey, im byuing asus ROG strix 1080ti for 240hz 1920x1080 gaming. Is that going to be good enough.) fortnite, apex etc. 

 

Processor Will be amd ryzen 2700x and my Ram Will be 32gb 3200mhz RGB. 

I Use my knowledge as business owner and self taught technician aswell as an AI to help people. AI might be controversial but it actually works pretty well 90% of the time.

The GPU is fine but if you're set on going 240hz gaming at 1080p you're going to need an i7 8700K / i7 9700K / i9 9900K.

Thanks, is I7 9700k good cause i9 9900k is 500€ In finland

i7 9700K then, the Ryzen 7 2700X is not advised for high refresh rate gaming due to low single threaded performance.

 

When you're aiming high refresh rate at low resolution the CPU becomes much more important, see an example:

The higher the resolution the more work you throw on GPU to the point CPU won't matter as the limiting factor is the video card.

 

But if you make it so easy to the GPU then the limiting factor becomes the CPU being fast enough to keep the GPU busy.
