You can download MSVCP100.dll here

http://www.download-dll.com/dll-msvcp100.dll.html

 

and put the file in the directories : C:\Windows\System32 and C:\Windows\SysWOW64\

I installed heaven, and it gave this message when I tried to launch

"The code execution cannot be processed because MSVCP100.dll was not found. Reinstalling the program may fix this problem"

 

I tried reinstalling multiple times from multiple sources, same thing every time.
