Should I pair a RTX2060 or GTX1660Ti with my i5 4670k @4.3ghz, 16g ram?

 

Edit: Is the extra money worth the increase in performance?

No, but im assuming with your setup you're running 1080p 60hz?

 

The 580 is more than capable of that

I have 144hz monitors, anything above 80 on current games is ideal for me tho.

It's the other way around, an i5 4670K can very much bottleneck a RTX 2060 depending on your resolution, settings and game.

 

We're talking about GTX 1070 Ti level of performance.

yes yes that's what i meant, the 2060 will be bottlenecked by it. But to what degree, I plan on upgrading the rest of the system sometime late this year.

Update I ended up getting the 2060, as i got a decent price for one.
