hello, Despite the great specs I have i can hardly get 100 fps on minecraft

specs : i7 7700HQ CPU

             16GB ram

              gtx1050 

   what can the problem be? i have vsync turned off,using gtx1050 gpu, the ram or the cpu usage isnt the problem (its a laptop)

i have optifine too , and some settings are set to low

Are you using the onborad Gpu instead of the 1050?
what about other games?
what does task mngr say?

Do you have many mods installed?
Are you using buildcraft pipes?

yes im using 1050 gpu

other games are not high as it needs to be

i only have badlion clients mods installed which shall be giving fps boost too
