Help needed TrendNet TEW 651br Features

I've recently got internet installed and I'm temporarily using an old modem and slightly less old trendnet router. 

My Question is: Is there anyway for me to limit the download/upload speeds to specific devices using the Router (model in title).

I'm using it for gaming and schoolwork and do not wanna be hindered when someone decides to start watching Netflix etc.
