Let's say that I want to have a duo boot machine windows 10 + ubuntu 18.04

Is it gonna be stable enough for web development?

1 SSD for ubuntu, 1 SSD for windows.

1 HDD for ubuntu, 1 HDD for windows.

I think it is, I use very similar setup, it's stable.

If it is not broken, let's fix till it is.

I actually triple booted Windows, Linux & macOS for a long time. Its totally fine and is as stable as the OS is on its own. It can be problematic if you try to run multiple OSes on one drive but if you have a separate drive for each OS then its fine.

Main Rig:-

Ryzen 7 3800X | Asus ROG Strix X570-F Gaming | 16GB Team Group Dark Pro 3600Mhz | Corsair MP600 1TB PCIe Gen 4 | Sapphire 5700 XT Pulse | Corsair H115i Platinum | WD Black 1TB | WD Green 4TB | EVGA SuperNOVA G3 650W | Asus TUF GT501 | Samsung C27HG70 1440p 144hz HDR FreeSync 2 | Ubuntu 20.04.2 LTS |

Server:-

Intel NUC running Server 2019 + Synology DSM218+ with 2 x 4TB Toshiba NAS Ready HDDs (RAID0)
